
When do we think of the shape what comes first in our mind? For me it’s one body with those abs, muscles we can see on magazines. The way we look at it, it’s an ideal body right?
And yet we are all born with a unique type of body! Not everyone has muscles and unless you work hard for it .Getting the best shape not only comes from literally our physical shape. Best shape could be mean like how we take good care of ourselves. Now that we had pandemic, how we can possibly improve ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually?
Nowadays to spend money on the gym is a big no answer. Technology can offer every possible alternative to do and be inspired to get one that is suited for your health and well-being. We just need a very strong motivation, dedication, goal and determination in achieving good shape and best health.
But it is not just about workouts, to be in shape, we need discipline in the way we eat and the right amount of food we take .
I am not a professional health advisor but for me taking three little meals every day is the best diet. With little snacks in between. Consuming at least eight glasses of water every day. . Eat a lot of proteins plays a great part when you are on a regular workout. As well as food rich in fiber. Who can say you can deprive yourself of eating some cheating food like pizza and other not so healthy food .We can, as long as you know how to discipline yourself when to stop and only eat the right serving of that food.
There’s a saying : if you know how to discipline yourself on the right serving of food, everything follows with your life .
How to maintain and be able to get that pattern work out from home? Here are my suggestions :
1. Set a goal
Workout could be every other day, or twice a week, depends on your time availability! Always remember to do it regularly.Not unless you’ve got a regular pattern it will not be a habit to have that work out in your routine of work.
2. Be inspired to achieve that perfect shape
When you look at those inspiring models and beautiful people on social media doing their workout, be reminded: if others can, You can Do It as well.
3. Love yourself
Loving ourselves means taking care of it. Despite having our own tasks, with the right mindset, we can find time to set at least 30 minutes to an hour of compensation for ourselves by doing that workout .
Base from my own experience, the moment I apply those strategies in my everyday living, it becomes easy and turns to be a habits. Your body will start to look for it regularly. The more pain you had, the more encouragement you will give yourself to do your regular workout.
Here are my lists of preparation before I proceeded to my work
1. Conditioning yourself before your workout! Be sure you are not hungry or else you cannot finish or will have that sluggish kind of feeling.
2. It works for me to be able to take shower first before a workout, rather than the other way around ( workout then shower ) to avoid a lot of complications.
3. Usually before we can start our workout, it is advisable to get at least two kinds of warm exercises to awaken our muscles. I usually do jogging or running and jumping with hands on the side moving up and down.
4. Lastly, start doing your workout. It all depends on what specific part of our body we want to improve. It could be our abs, behind, thighs, our back, legs and even our chest ( naturally ) it can grow through the help of regular workout .
5. And never forget to have that relaxation exercises to calm your muscles or else you will be getting some serious muscle problem .

Once you start your workout, it is better to continue doing it than stop and forgetting doing it. So you will not be getting serious muscle pain .Better ask your doctor if it is advisable for you to have those kinds of exercise available here online .
